Though slightly less funky, a show worthy of a double billing with my beloved Utopia. Super cast, well shot and rather cringe worthy subject material. A comment on modern (and near-future) society, the show is really inspired and rather amazing. Plenty violent, this is not for family television night.

Movie | The Tracker | PAss

One of the few movies I actually wished I'd seen on the big screen. Just gorgeous. But brutal. This is the story of a posse hunting a murder in the Australian Outback in the 1920s. It's really about racist and genocide, which is never pleasant. David Gulpilil deserves every award he wins and this film is also a setup for him to display his monster acting skills. His small facial expressions are reason enough to see this.

Another movie based on a graphic novel that has nothing fantastical about it. This one is basically The Expendables and just about as dumb. There are good action scenes, though.

Similar to Lord of the Flies, and just about as disturbing. Still, very interesting and a good comment on the nastiness of war.

Delightful after all these years. I enjoyed seeing it again way more than I did the first time around! And I'd forgotten how awesome the AC/DC soundtrack was. Everything was period perfect.

Expertly made, I just didn't like it. Why? Because I didn't want to know what happened next to any of the characters or the plot. That's sort of a bad sign...so I gave up. Maybe I'll try it again some other time.

Only mildly funny sitcom. The saving grace is that there are greyhounds in it (but just barely).

Not what I'd call a good movie or even so-so. There were a few moments, but they didn't add up to a reason to spend the time. Too bad, so sad.
