    6. Production cars only. Though it might be a rare special edition, optional trim package
    7. Pictures will be close to stock, minus wheels and paint (no wild body kits or massive body alterations). Badges and identifying markings may or may not be removed for the contest
    8. If you are the first person to guess, but are incorrect, you will receive half of a point (.5)
    9. Except in very rare cases (which will be stated), production will be 200 or more
    10. Cars must have been sold in USA dealers at one point or another (the Commer van was the start of the contest, before the rules were defined)
    11. Your answer must include make, model and variant available in the USA. Foreign badges are not accepted, though they may be mechanically identical (example: "Ford Mondeo" will not score a point, but "Ford Fusion" will)
    12. Determined by The House, a reasonable amount of time will be allowed for players to make a guess (a good chunk of one day)
    13. You are allowed ONE guess. Well, you can guess as many times as you want, but your first one is the only one that counts
    14. You ARE allowed to speak of Mystery Car (this ain't no Fight Club)
    15. Don't say, "I knew that one, are you guys impressed?" after the answer has been revealed. You didn't and we aren't
    16. Anybody suspected of cheating will have their guess disqualified and the scorn of the gearhead universe
    17. The official Mystery Car theme song is "Driving You" by Wang Chung
    18. Inactive players may occasionally lose a point to allow other players who are active more of a chance to advance to a higher position on the leader board. This is at the discretion of "The House" and can be contested by said players, who may also regain their position by not being so darn lazy and playing the game
    19. The House is not eligible for a Firsty or Efforty half-point, only a Winner full point.
    20. Whichever player is at the top of the board is not eligible for a Firsty or Efforty half-point, only a Winner full point. This is so that other players have more of a chance to compete for the top spot.
