Nowhere near as good as the far superior prequel,
Big Money Rustlas. But that's to be expected, because the Insane Clown Posse's ability to act has actually increased over time, believe it or not. This movie is an homage/spoof/tribute to the exploitation movies of the 70s. Points for trying and there a moments. But, it's not what you'd call very good.
