Rutger Hauer leads the cast in this 1989 release is also known as "The Salute of the Jugger". Basically, a cheapo mixture of Mad Max and Rollerball, it's just about perfect for genre fans. A must see if you loved the aforementioned movies.
Vincent D'Onofrio was only 30 when he appeared in this as a supporting character.
