Classic cyberpunk cinema, circa 1990. This scifi/horror flick stars Dylan McDermott and is basically a reworking of Terminator with a weird (and disturbing) Peeping Tom twist. Pretty cheaply made, but a very creative usage of limited resources. Iggy Pop and Lemmy from Motorhead have cameos.

Some really cool imagery, subtle political commentary and religious symbolism. If you're intrigued by the subgenre, this is a cult classic must see!
