1992. Another unwatchable Alex Cox movie (see my previous listing for Walker).
Again, a superb cast is placed in an interesting setting. In this movie, their in a post-apocalyptic world where detective is trying to solve mysterious murders.
I think what really ruined this movie for me was the distinct feeling that there wasn't any real plan BEFORE the start of production. It comes across like Cox and his friends had some cameras laying around, so they decided to make a movie.
Sometimes that works. In this case, it didn't. The dialogue in particular was extremely poor.
