2009. Dopey flick with a decent cast, mostly underutilized. Good action, stupid script. A fun one for free if you're looking for Transformers-type explosions. Snake Eyes is easily the best part of the whole mishmash.
Skip this and seek out the original animated movie, instead. It's far more rewarding.
totally agree with you on this. Plot was TERRIBLE and the actors could have been better used. Of course there was cool effects but the whole movie was based on just explosions (with some hot women thrown in...)
