This live action French 1996 scifi film from the fertile mind of Enki Bilal just wandered all over the place, never giving a story worth caring about.
It's the future (in that unique, bloated, lush and dirty Bilal way) and everybody's got some weird disease. Somebody's got to find a cure! Whoopee. Boring. Too many scenes of people standing around delivering irrelevant dialogue, having sex and the shooting each other, and more...dialogue that I didn't care about!
